Get Strider to take you out and about, get some fresh air. Have a walk around town, clear your head a bit.

Far from pointless. You've done and seen things that some people would kill for a chance to. Sure, a lot of bad stuff may be going around, but that means that good is right around the corner. So, chin up, and smile. (I'm horrible at pep-talks)
